Our Story

Pistachio Cakery LLC is a family owned bakery in Easley, South Carolina. 

My name is Mona, I own and run Pistachio Cakery with my daughter Reem.

Baking has been a passion of mine my entire life. I completed courses and certifications at The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts/ Affiliate of Les Roches as a Master Baker and French Pastries.

In 2017, my husband and I along with our 3 children decided to move to the U.S from Jordan, Middle East. While it was not an easy decision to make, we knew we would find a better life here in America. It was this move that allowed me to pursue my passion for baking full time and ultimately led to opening my own bakery! It’s a life-long dream coming true, this is my journey towards the American dream!
